Course Overview

The Higher Occupational Certificate: Principal Real Estate Agent equips learners to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations and strategies of a real estate agency. It focuses on developing skills to oversee sustainable operations, ensure compliance with legal statutes, manage organizational resources, provide mentorship, and maintain stakeholder relationships critical to estate agency functions.

The qualification consists of Knowledge Modules, Practical Skill Modules, and Work Experience Modules.
